From initially meeting Martin and Rob, the whole Trentham Bathrooms experience has been really good. Our old Bathroom came with challenges and some unknown surprises as well ( not good surprises ) Ben has been a star and was an absolute pleasure to have in our home. I just want to say that Ben, Joe and Mark have done an excellent job. The work has been carried out to a very high standard and has more than met my expectations. We chose Trentham Bathrooms randomly after seeing pictures and reviews. The initial meeting with Martin was very friendly, informative and we felt comfortable explaining what we wanted prior to receiving a quote. Martin left us with confidence that we would get what we wanted and when we decided to extend the work he was more than happy to visit again to discuss the additional ideas and work with him.
A month prior to the work being conducted Rob and Martin came around with samples of things we said we liked. It was a good idea to forward them with our ideas in advance so that they could bring with them the samples that matched our ideas. Rob was helpful in guiding us with our ideas and where we did not like the choices he was more than happy to return with a further selection.
Two fitters Joe and Ben carried out the work on our en-suite, master bathroom, downstairs cloakroom and entrance hall. Both were very respectful, easy to get on with but most of all the quality of their workmanship was second to none.

I have had a fabulous floor tiling job from hall through to kitchen. The additional jobs eg re-fitting skirting boards, moving fridgefreezer and washing machine and finally trimming kickboards were completed to perfection. All the experienced fitters were polite, friendly and above all as tidy as possible. Thank you
A huge thank you to Trentham Bathrooms for the fantastic job they made of fitting our new shower. We booked our own plumber in June to have this job done but were constantly put off ( due to covid we were told ) so we contacted Martin at Trentham Bathrooms who came to look at the job the very next day. The team who came out to do the job were very friendly and extremely professional and we now have our lovely new shower in place in time for Christmas. Thank you Martin and the team at Trentham Bathrooms for a fantastic job.

Extremely pleased and impressed with the work done to replace the Bathroom. The workmen were exceptional. Very clean and tidy, hoovered up after work each day. Very good with timekeeping. Would recommend the company without hesitation.
