Trentham Bathrooms installed a new kitchen, including all units, wall tiles and new appliances.Planning was made very easy via pre-instalment visits from the firm’s staff who ensured full involvement in lay-out, choice of units, tiles and appliances.A customer visit to the firm’s supplier was also arranged. Work was carried out as agreed, including a full power upgrade to accommodate the needs of a new washing machine, fridge/freezer units and cooker with hob and extractor unit. Attention to detail during and after installation was exceptional, with regular quality assurance visits from the business. The installation team Joe, Liam & Mark the Electrician ensured full customer involvement throughout, and left the premises, inside and outside, clean and usable each day. Water and electrical supply was provided at all times leaving the customer with no inconvenience. The kitchen was sealed off from the rest of the house during the work and no trace of dust could be found in other rooms. After completion the team returned on request to remove a radiator to enable decoration and then to refit afterwards. All staff involved were very pleasant, helpful and trustworthy, holding keys to the property for the two week period. Timing from beginning to end was exemplary. The new kitchen is as planned and installed to very high standard. Trentham Bathrooms should be commended and recommended for their high quality workmanship, expertise and customer satisfaction.
