We chose Trentham Bathrooms randomly after seeing pictures and reviews. The initial meeting with Martin was very friendly, informative and we felt comfortable explaining what we wanted prior to receiving a quote. Martin left us with confidence that we would get what we wanted and when we decided to extend the work he was more than happy to visit again to discuss the additional ideas and work with him.
A month prior to the work being conducted Rob and Martin came around with samples of things we said we liked. It was a good idea to forward them with our ideas in advance so that they could bring with them the samples that matched our ideas. Rob was helpful in guiding us with our ideas and where we did not like the choices he was more than happy to return with a further selection.
Two fitters Joe and Ben carried out the work on our en-suite, master bathroom, downstairs cloakroom and entrance hall. Both were very respectful, easy to get on with but most of all the quality of their workmanship was second to none.
